Yes thats right universal, unwavering, and unparalleled praise and respect are due for my new god, "All Mighty Blue". This god is not a he or a she, but rather an it. It being an inflatable rubber yoga ball that sat in the closet for months, maybe even years, patiently awaiting it's true calling. It's done some duty as an exercise device and also a desk chair, both of which were short lived and not worthy of "All Mighty Blue". But now it's moment has arrived, in all it's glory, as the one and only thing that a poor, tired, helpless, and most importantly "breast-less" father can use to soothe and comfort his crying, screaming, fussy little bundle of joy at 3am. How such a simple bouncy-bounce action could calm little Aubrey where a rocking chair, walking, swaying, singing, pleading and other lesser bouncy-bounce actions had failed.
I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. Thanks "All Mighty Blue" for giving me the hope to carry on in my toil.
yes! all three only liked that blue bouncing machine as well. It kills your spine after awhile though eh? It's great for quieting little ones when you're trying to watch a video too. :)
ReplyDeleteI bet tons of people bought those things and hardly used them, until they found the true, one purpose. :)
glad all is going well.
